Preserving Luneta Park does not make our nation rich

There has been a stir in the internet about the "photobomber" Torre de Manila building on Luneta Park. This is how the overacting attitude of Filipinos come to life, like really, how will the Philippines improve if we don't embrace development?

Filipinos like to preserve Rizal's statue instead of his values and love for the country. I rather see Filipinos improves their perspective in life and admire Rizal's works and what he has done for our country than preserve his statue and demolish development.

The Torre de Manila project is a development, it was not built for the sight-seeing, it is a condominium that gives more homes to Filipinos that can afford it and give jobs to those who need it. Many Filipino netizens argued that it looks ugly but how about the squatter areas in Manila? I rather see them demolished than Torre de Manila.

A netizen said that respect for the historical monuments will help us improve as a nation. But the question is, how? Well, it is a tourist destination, but that's just it. Luneta Park is by its name, a park, where people hang out and thieves too.

Manila is already ugly to the sight above in a helicopter or plane view, a capital full of squatters that like to be spoon-fed by the government. The reason we don't improve in terms of economy is that we let our emotions cloud our judgment, or rather, we let our over sensitivity block progress.

I wrote this article not because I hate Rizal, in fact, I admire him as a person who should be a role model to the new generation. Rizal did not die so that statues will be built for him, he died for our country. If Rizal is alive today, he rather see progress and independence than a stone that will have no impact on our lives.

Why you should not watch Oh My G

Oh My G is a TV program on ABS-CBN that shows a young girl who can 'talk' with God
There is a previous article written to criticize this TV show: Oh My G is a False Propaganda

Janella Salvador is very charming lady, but I don't watch shows or movies because of their beautiful actresses, I watch it because of the story.

We are all special to God, but what made this girl in the TV show more special? Well, she is a beautiful young lady on a rich, almost-perfect happy family. But does God have an attitude of favoritism? Of course not. Well, it's just a TV show, but that's not the case, because TV shows are manipulative these days, and most Filipinos are easily fooled!

Reasons why you should not watch Oh My G
  • God does not talk to anyone in a physical form, only through prayer.
  • God does not command a request of a dying parent to watch over their children in a physical form, which is portrayed in the movie. God watches over us all.
  • God won't use Facebook or smartphones to communicate with us, that's blasphemy, what's the use of prayer?
  • God changed into the form of a very handsome young man. Remember, God is a spirit and can influence us as a spirit. No need to bother changing into a physical handsome man.
  • There are more people in the world who has bigger problems than the girl who is so rich and lost her family, nothing is too special about her.
Like I said, it maybe just a TV show and should not take it seriously, but this is talking about our belief which should be taken very very seriously. The media should stop creating stories that influence other people. Stories like these are false, well, its nothing new, ABS-CBN has a reputation of showing idiocy on their TV shows, like love affairs and teenage pregnancy. Be careful on what your children watch on TV! Because they may grow up believing that God will indeed talk to them on Facebook.

China Bullying: Why the Government can't do anything as of yet

China has built infrastructure in the disputed islands in the West Philippine Sea, the Spratly islands.
Many Filipinos have asked, "Is our president a coward and a  fool?". Many keyboard commandos in the social media were blaming the government for not acting. Here is the real truth: They are acting on it, but China did not listen.

Even the Unites States asked China to stop bullying the Philippines, but as a powerful nation, they don't listen to anyone but themselves. The government of the Philippines has asked the UN and the US about it.

Let us be realistic, if we force our president to be 'brave' against the Chinese, will it do anything good? Of course not! Even if some people recklessly say that our President is Chinese-blooded, which is a fact, it can't change anything. And being a Chinese is not the reason why the government is not acting on it, because they know far better than those brainless netizens that WAR is not the solution.

If there is war and many people died, people will still blame the government, so it's better that they just use diplomacy in order for the Chinese to stop. Although we had US as defense allies, they can't act on it just yet. Remember, China is one of the economic giants in the world that the US economy totally depends on. And we understand why the US will also think of its economy, because they know how it will affect its people.

If we compare our military power against China, it's like we our throwing stones against people with guns. The government should not listen to those people who says, "War against China!" because they are just fools who sit in the office, and if they are brave, they should enlist themselves in the army and go on a mission to stop the Chinese in the West Philippine Sea.

Maybe that's the reason why Philippines won't improve no matter what the government do, because the problem is in its people. Many Filipinos act brave on the internet and blame the government for not doing anything, but in reality, they're just a bunch of cowards who will just hide when War against China will happen.

This war is not just into us so we could win, it is not a war of power, but it can be solved with peace and negotiations.

How the Philippine System of Education Killed Young Dreamers

Education kills creativity
A student in Makati committed suicide after his British-national teacher scolded and embarrassed him in front of the class. Now, a freshman Respiratory Therapy student from Tuguegerao committed suicide because she was unable to pay for her midterm tuition fee and thus failed to take the exam.

These young dreamers did not kill themselves, it is the system that killed them. They have high hopes and confidence that education will bring them into a secured future. Because of this belief which the society has fed up to them, when they have failed to pay for tuition or being humiliated in class, it is likely the end of life for them.

I take this from experience, although I did not try to commit suicide. I learned English not in school but in the internet, it is the online games that taught me how to write English better than my classmates when I was in college. To be honest, I did not learn anything in school, education frustrates me but learning doesn't. I hunger for learning, as I see today, Education is far different from learning.

We should be aware that most world billionaires are college dropouts or have not taken education at all. Mark Zuckerberg, Henry Sy, an even Manny Pacquiao, what did they all had in common? They were hardworking people, and hardworking is not taught at school.

Some countries outside the Philippines have cheaper or even free education. If the society believes that education is the 'key' to the future, they should invest more money for it than infrastructures and wars.

They have added a new system called K to 12 but for me its useless. Lengthening the time of education is nothing if the teachers don't even teach their students of what should be taught. I don't generalize all the teachers, since I've known some teachers who really teach their students well.

Quality over Quantity, it is a simple quote but has a very good impact for me. These young dreamers deserved to have a free education because they're the ones hunger for it, and yet they are the ones being deprived of it. The system of education sucks, where is learning? Before, you may die because your knowledge but at least it was free. If learning has a price before, there would be no Einstein, Nikola Tesla, Greek Philosophers, Newton and etc. Think again! Education kills, so better reach out for learning!

Understanding PNP-SAF's Chain of Command

PNP-SAF Troopers. Understanding PNP-SAF's specific Chain of Command which is the Line of Authority.

What is Line of Authority?
  • The chain of command within an organization that confers the power to order subordinates to perform a task within their job description. The line of authority within a business establishes who is in charge of giving who orders, and it contributes to the efficient attainment of the company's objectives when property is used.
The PNP-SAF's Line of Authority is different from the Military's Chain of Command structure. With the meaning presented above, each subordinate is answerable to its superior.

Here's some pinpoint info about command responsibility in the PNP according to some source we found on the internet according to a user "Abdulkadirjulmani"

Lets start with The Basic Doctrine - A Commander is responsible to what his unit fails or does to do. Responsibility cannot be delegated. It is only the authority that can be delegated.

Kahit gaano kahaba-haba pababa ang mga subordinates mo, ikaw pa rin as Chief PNP has the overall Command Responsibility and each one under him is accountable to their own individual action.

“A PNP CHIEF is responsible to what all his subordinate unit commanders do, up to the last smallest unit of PNP. Why? Because the first command or order was issued by PNP Chief. -.(this is going up responsibility)

COMMAND RESPONSIBILITY CANNOT BE DELEGATED:

-The Chief PNP is responsible for what his regional director do, who is responsible for what his district director do; who is in turn responsible for what his Chief of Police do, who is responsible for what smallest unit comdr do ,who is responsible for what each policeman do under him .” – EVERYONE IS ACCOUNTABLE AND ANSWERABLE OF HIS OWN INDIVIDUAL ACTION(S)

AUTHORITY CAN BE DELEGATED

-The Chief PNP can delegate his authority to his regional director, who can delegate his authority to his district director who can delegate his authority to his Chief of Police, who can delegate his authority to his smallest unit comdr who can delegate his authority to each individual policeman under him .” RESPONSIBILITY GOES BACK AND ENDS AT THE DOORSTEP OF THE PNP CHIEF.-

What CSUPT CERBO is saying is Accountability? Accountablity is individualistic while Responsibility goes up to the Line of Authority or Chain of Command. Kahit gaano kahaba haba ang authority pababa sa subordinates ,si Chief PNP pa rin has the Overall Command Responsibility. But each under him is individual Accountable for their individual actions..

The question, did Purisima broke the Chain of Command? No, because there is no Chain of Command in PNP.

Did he broke the Line of Authority? As a suspended Chief of Staff, he did broke the Line of Authority.

This post is to abolish ignorance of what people have been speaking about false "Chain of Commands" in the internet. Let us remember that the PNP is different from the military and so they use different command structures.

Why millions of Filipinos still believe in PNoy

President Benigno Aquino III
Despite the heat of people screaming and rallying for the President Benigno Aquino, III to step down, millions still believe in the advocacy of the current president - this according to the social media numbers calling for people to think twice.

To some people who are not Pro-PNoy, they rather want the current president Aquino than Binay. This is due to the allegations that has not been answered with Binay's side and Makati conspiracies. It is also one of the reason why some people don't want PNoy to resign.

"I rather want a president who made a mistake than a president who stole money from people." This was one of the statements that is circulating in the social media using images as political memes in support of PNoy.

"No one can take a good man down." This according to the Pro-Aquino who still believes in the advocacy of the president on his "Tuwid na daan."

Even 300 students from Universities who rallied for PNoy resignation were bashed by the Netizens saying, "They rather go to school and read books to learn what is really happening in this country than get funding from the people who plot against PNoy that sponsored their t-shirts, allowance and banners."

Many are convinced that rallies were just sponsored by political enemies of PNoy who wants him to resign for their personal gain.

Peping Cojuanco, PNoy's uncle from the mother side rally against him.

Rallies that are happening now are dubbed as circus by the netizens who think they were just used by the people who plot against the president. Like the failed rally in EDSA where some Cojuanco wants the President to step down. Peping Cojuanco, uncle of the President Aquino, is one of his relatives who plot against him, but netizens just made fun of him, while some saying, "He is protesting against his nephew coz he cannot steal money anymore." According to one of the netizens. Many people believe in the change of governance during Aquino's term, many people believed that political enemies are rallying and putting plots against him because of Aquino's impact on good governance which made some senators put to jail due to the alleged Pork barrel scam.

Aquino Resignation is a black propaganda from political enemies

Philippine President Benigno Aquino, III
It is too absurd that a president should step down for a single mistake made. That said mistake was the cause of the death of the PNP-SAF during the Mamasapano killing.

This post is not made to promote President Aquino nor the author is a Pro-Aquino. My basis are based on facts and reality of what is happening in our country. Why do the Filipino people follow the ideas of other people? Aquino should resign, that's what they've been all crying in the social media because he was responsible of the death of the PNP-SAF during the clash.

Here's a fact that everyone should know:
  • Every soldier knows that their lives are at stake on their job.
  • The President is the commander-in-chief, but what will happen next is part of the soldier's training - coordination, plans and skills in combat.
  • The President may be responsible for their death as commander-in-chief, but he is not to be blamed. As like a son is a responsibility of the parents, but what happened to the child is at his own will and choice.
  • In U.S, many soldiers died during the battle, but people did not call for the resignation of their president.
It is not like the President goes with the soldiers in combat, he gives orders, but the plan and the coordination of what the soldiers will do depends on what they have trained for it. The higher ranks also holds responsible because they coordinate with its members.

Let us know what PNoy has did for our country, in his term, we were surprised of the Pork Barrel Scam lords like Napoles, Enrile, Estrada and Revilla being put up to jail. There were controversies exposed from the people in the government, like the Binay allegations that are still unanswered to this day.

Let us open our eyes that this is a part of an agenda done by the enemies of Aquino, because we know how many corrupt individuals have been exposed in his term, and the result of it will be more enemies on his administration.

Even the president's relatives of Cojuanco were against him. We should open our eyes and think twice of what we think, it is too impossible to have a perfect president. But at least in 10 things he did, he made 9 of them right and only 1 of them wrong.

Our judgments should not be clouded by the death of our honorable soldiers and the gossips of other people. Remember, you have your own choice, do not always believe what you see and hear, as long as you are aware of what has happened into our country, you will not be fooled by black propaganda played by the people in the government.

Duterte willing to run for President this 2016 Elections

Davao City Mayor Duterte

The propaganda has really paid off, Davao City Mayor Duterte has said that he is willing to run for Presidency this coming 2016 Philippine elections.

He has been a noise in the social media about people wanting him to be the next President, in tandem with Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago on how he had improved Davao City and abolished crimes in the said city. According to his statement, "If only to save this republic, I could run for President.", hmm, sounds promising. I am not an anti-Duterte, but is he really worth the shot?

I know he had run Davao City pretty well, but I will fear that Death Penalty will soon be welcomed into the Philippine Constitution. Why am I against Death Penalty? Do I not want people who caused evil in this country dead?

Death Penalty

Yes, he is famous for killing "drug lords" and those who have committed serious crimes in his city.

People may not be aware of the effects of Death Penalty, this country is still controlled by powerful people who remains to be anonymous, and I know that the people who have been put to jail, like Enrile, is not the highest power. Death penalty has its ultimate price, killing a person who is not guilty of the accused charges.

We have seen in movies about people who have been penalized by Death because of crimes accused, and in the end, we realized that the accused was not guilty.

Filipino mannerism

This "people's cry" is so familiar, I remember when people want PNoy to be the next president. But what happened now is that some of them wants him to be impeached. I bet when Duterte wins the Presidency, he may do some good stuff and improved our country, but as soon as he will make a single mistake, people will bash him and tell him to step down. So familiar isn't it?

It's a guess, but who knows. Vote wisely!

Viral video uploader surfaces, now what?

Uniforms of the Fallen 44 taken and hanged.
The viral video of the Mamasapano killing "uploader" was invited to the NBI. Although the uploader's identity is withheld, the question is, now what?

If the viral video "uploader" is now a suspect due to his possession of the video. But is the "uploader" the real deal here? Where is the real guy who took the video?

The Government should focus on the real suspect of the video, the "uploader" just might be a civilian who got the video from another sources and decided to upload it on the internet. It is funny how an "uploader" is being charged with crimes while those who are really behind the killing of the Fallen 44 is still roaming around carrying guns and celebrating their triumph, such insult to honor.

Sad truth: My insight on Filipino Ash Wednesday

Man marked with a cross made of ash on Ash Wednesday
The purpose of Ash Wednesday is to repent, as like what Gospels in the New Testament about Jesus Christ who endured 40 days into the desert tempted by Satan.

As a Catholic that studies in a Catholic School, there is a sad truth in this event. Not all who participated in the Ash Wednesday (those who are marked) are just up for the trend.

The social media age has given way for those people who participates on Ash Wednesday just to be a trend and take selfies of it to show that they are marked, but the reality is, they do not obey the rules of fasting.

Most of them do not fast, and some disobey the rules of not eating meat. I did not participate the Ash Wednesday because for me, it is a disgrace and insult to the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, because I myself is honest that I cannot obey the rules of fasting.

Participating in the Ash Wednesday should be voluntary, because if you force people to participate, there's no guarantee that all people goes with the rules in order to repent.

Why BBL should be dismissed

The Side effect if Binay becomes president

if binay becomes president

ORIGINAL TITLE - 5 things that will happen when Jejomar Binay becomes Philippine President

A lot of Filipinos are scared of a Binay Presidency. A Catholic priest even said it is a “scary prospect” after meeting Vice President Jejomar Binay himself. It is quite understandable why. If Vice President Jejomar Binay wins the Presidential Election in 2016, he will simply continue the world-renowned Filipino tradition of patronage politics. This tradition involves protecting and coddling family, friends and allies of those in power even when they break the law.

Vice President Jejomar Binay: How nice will he be to his allies when he becomes President in 2016?

Vice President Jejomar Binay: How nice will he be to his allies when he becomes President in 2016?
Patronage politics is quite rampant in the current administration as it is. This is evident in the way President Benigno Simeon (BS) Aquino 3rd quickly absolves cabinet members when they get embroiled in controversies and when they get accused of corrupt activities. To be sure, accusations of nepotism, favoritism and selective justice have been hounding BS Aquino since Day One of his term. Lately, BS Aquino has become so blatant in defending his incompetent staff that people can already predict his responses to calls for accountability and resignation: “innocent until proven guilty”, a defense that doesn’t seem to apply to his political enemies especially Former President Gloria Arroyo.

Speaking of allies, Binay is said to be a close ally of the Aquinos with the Presidential sisters being in good terms with him and favoring him over his rival in the Presidential race. The Vice President makes no secret of his ties with the Aquinos. He has mentioned numerous times in the past how he is forever grateful to the late former President Cory Aquino — BS Aquino’s mother — for opening the door for him to Philippine politics. Cory appointed him officer in charge of Makati City after the 1986 EDSA Revolution.

Binay held such a very tight grip on his post that decades after serving the city as mayor, he passed the reins to his immediate family members; first to his wife Elenita after his term ended in 1998 and then to his son Jejomar Jr after his come-back term ended in 2010. Of course it is worth mentioning that it was the voters who made it possible for the Binays to stay in power since the 1980s. It is also worth mentioning that it is easy for voters to become attached to any public official like the Binays who gives out freebies using public funds. Hence, those who try to run against the incumbent do not win because the playing field is not level. But I digress…

As pointed out before, Binay’s history with the Aquinos has more than likely put BS Aquino in an awkward position. The President is now subtlety asking the senators to put an end to the investigation on Binay’s supposedly overpriced building and other alleged properties in the Senate hearings. His move is probably confusing his supporters who have been working hard to campaign against a Binay Presidency.

Frankly, some of us are getting confused too because it seems BS Aquino is also okay with Binay winning the Presidency in 2016 even though his Liberal Party mate Department of Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas is also eyeing the Presidency. Roxas could be forgiven for feeling betrayed. Everyone knows Roxas sacrificed his own ambition to run for the Presidency in 2010 to give way to BS Aquino who took advantage of the people’s sympathy after his mother’s death a few months before the Presidential Election.

Some of those who fear a Binay Presidency see the behavior of President BS Aquino and assume Binay will do the same thing. Ironically, the President’s most rabid supporters fail to see this. They lead the charge in campaigning against Binay without realizing that Binay has a lot in common with their idol BS Aquino.

The truth is, BS Aquino set a precedent in creating an environment of impunity in government. Binay will just continue where BS Aquino left off.

The following are what will likely happen if Binay wins the Presidency in 2016:

(1) Binay will defend his family, friends, and allies even when they break the law.

The Filipino people already saw a glimpse of this when his son Makati Mayor Jejomar Jr got in trouble with Dasmarinas Village authorities after he insisted on using the wrong exit point of the posh gated community. It remains to be seen just how far Binay is willing to defend his allies. Since the Aquinos are his allies, Binay might not push for the prosecution of BS Aquino when his term is up. His violations against the Constitution will go unpunished.

Binay promises to use impartiality once elected but some are already predicting that he might let the three senators Juan Ponce Enrile, Jinggoy Estrada and Bong Revilla off the hook because they are members of his political party. The three have been facing corruption charges involving the use of their pork barrel funds.

(2) The Binay dynasty will further institutionalize nepotism and favoritism in Philippine society.

The Binay clan: one of the Philippines' most powerful dynasties

Even though nepotism and favoritism are already rampant in BS Aquino’s administration, the presence of Binay’s immediate family members in government particularly in Congress gives a stronger impression that the Binay family will act like royalty if he wins the Presidency. The funny thing is, all these years Filipinos didn’t care or notice how the Binays slowly managed to get elected in the most powerful positions in government. It’s only now that he is being scrutinised that people realized how powerful the Binays have become. Some say his children already behave arrogantly now and their behavior could get worse if their father becomes the President.

(3) A Binay Presidency will result in more conflicts of interests and continue the cycle of retribution.

Senator Nancy Binay: Defending her dad in the Senate as expected

The recent senate investigation conducted by the Blue Ribbon Committee showed how both the public servants and majority of Filipinos are not even bothered by the fact that Senator Nancy Binay keeps defending his father against her colleagues who were “investigating” his father’s alleged crimes. Senator Nancy did not even bother to stop making comments about his father’s case during the investigation. Binay’s other daughter Congresswoman Abigail Binay also released statements defending her father using the media. Sometimes they give conflicting statements, which could be a sign they are not being completely honest. This is the mother of all conflicts of interest.

Indeed, in a predictable move, Senator Nancy Binay in turn investigated her father’s rival, Senate President Franklin Drilon for his alleged overpriced building in Iloilo.

(4) A Binay Presidency will result in more conspiracy to commit acts of betrayal against the Filipino people.

Antonio Trillanes IV: Should Filipinos trust the word of a convicted mutineer?

If what Senator Antonio Trillanes’s recent revelation claiming that Binay conspired with him to oust former President Gloria Arroyo through a military coup in 2003 is true, that is proof that Binay is not above using illegal activities to get his way. If there is truth to Trillanes’s allegations that Binay broke his promise to send his followers to give support for the failed coup, then it is proof that Binay cannot keep his promise. This is bad news for Filipinos. Senator Trillanes thinks Binay is a traitor and does not keep his word. Whether or not we should believe what a convicted mutineer and certified traitor like Trillanes has to say is another story.

It is worth mentioning that it was a good thing Binay did not send support for the mutiny. Nothing good would have come out of another EDSA revolution with Trillanes leading it.

(5) A Binay Presidency means more dole outs, bigger Conditional Cash Transfers and a resurrection of the pork barrel funds, and Disbursement Acceleration Program.

Will Binay continue the Pork tradition beyond 2016?

Binay has endeared himself to the voters by giving away freebies including free cakes to senior citizens using public funds. He will more than likely continue giving more “incentives” to voters to keep them happy and stop them from complaining. This will promote mendicancy and is a waste of taxpayer’s funds.

Getting elected is one thing but staying in power is another. Binay will have to keep Congress happy to stop them from impeaching him. The easiest way to do this is to give them money. Since the Supreme Court have declared both PDAF and DAP unconstitutional, he might try to rename it to justify giving funds to the lawmakers who have the power to oust him.

A Binay Presidency is scary, indeed. Particularly since the incumbent President BS Aquino already paved the way for disrespecting the rule of law and routinely ignoring calls for accountability.

Are the Filipinos ready for Binay?

jejomar binay for 2016?
Impeach Aquino, that's what most of the Filipinos have been screaming because of the Mamasapano clash controversy. The reality the Filipinos should look into is that, Are we ready for Binay?

Let us not forget that Binay owe some answers to the people with their problem, like the Makati controversy. Why do Filipinos easily get covered up by news? Because of the Mamasapano news, Pork Barrel, PDAF, and Binay are now forgotten. Where did they go?

I am not a Pro-PNoy, but I'm just realistic, if he gets impeached, the Vice President will reside. But we all know that the Vice President has issues as well that needs to be addressed. My advice? Since Aquino will not run this 2016, let his administration pass at the moment. And then we will have a chance to vote for a new president. But this problem will not be solved if we don't vote for the right people.

Trust me, when there is a new President of the Philippines, time will pass and we will want to impeach him/her again. Filipinos never change, ignorance is a disease.

Back with the old ways?

filipinos during papal visit

After Pope Francis' visit to the Philippines, many people wonder, will the Filipinos back with their old ways?

The People

This is a challenge to the Filipinos, people have shown discipline during the Papal visit, government officials have given way to rest in their political duties and participate with the coming of the Leader of the Catholic Church. It became an instant miracle according to some people, but the Pope didn't just come to visit and preach for the people, but also to tell them about facing the problems of the country like corruption and poverty.

Now that the Pope went back to Rome, problems are facing the Filipino people once again. The once disciplined act when the Pope came into the country has now been covered with thousands or rather millions of garbage into the street. People reacted both in a positive and a negative way. Others have said that as usual, Filipino people still lack the discipline, while others said that there is riches in all the garbage left that many people might use.

In my opinion, it is not about getting something from the garbage but it still reflects who we are as people. We are too focus in disciplining ourselves from stampedes, but we forgot that disposing our own garbage in a civilized manner is also part of our discipline as people.

The Government

Most Filipinos said that corrupt government officials are now back with the old ways. I think only the Pope could silence them up for days, but after this, I don't think another major miracle will happen. I don't think that the corrupt and useless government officials will become saints after the Pope's visit.

People should reflect that progress in our country comes from our own hands. If we depend too much on the government and only listens to the Pope but not taking it into action, will it help our country? There are millions and probably a billion of our population existing today and why do we depend on a single man sitting on MalacaƱang palace? They may have the authority, but the government exist for a reason that our will shall be served.

Change is in our hands, if the arrival of the Pope really means to us Filipinos, we should not just listen and also take the words into action.

On the Pope's Rabbit statement

Pope francis rabbit statement
There were mixed reactions regarding Pope Francis' advice during his visit to the Philippines, "Stop breeding like rabbits." It is the sad reality that the people are facing, since the controversial RH Bill of the country last 2012, it became a debate sensation for those who approves and those who were against it.

The Bible may have told us to multiply, but aren't we overpopulated enough? Let us remind ourselves that it was Adam and Eve who were being told to multiply, because there were only two of them of course. Now that we are now billions in numbers, isn't it time to slow things a bit and face the reality that our world isn't infinite. It cannot occupy the ever growing population of human beings after years that may come.

I agree with the Pope's statement, we are humans, far more civilized and intelligent than the animals here on Earth. Maybe we have to think in a humanly manner on how often we should multiply. I am a pro-life activist myself, Life is precious and we are lucky to have been given that gift. But it doesn't mean that Reproductive Health bill could be the answer, it must also come from ourselves.

Family planning is important, some people may say that wasting sperm is a sin. But here is a verse in the Bible that I would like you to read:

Then Judah said to Onan, "Lie with your brother's wife and fulfill your duty to her as a brother-in-law to produce offspring for your brother." But Onan knew that the offspring would not be his; so whenever he lay with his brother's wife, he spilled his semen on the ground to keep from producing offspring for his brother. What he did was wicked in the LORD's sight; so he put him to death also. (NIV, Genesis 38:8-10)

Birth control was the sin Onan committed because he was ordered by God to produce offspring for his brother. This is a case where his brother doesn't have children of his own. But if parents in today's generation already had an abundant amount of children, would birth control still be a sin?

Now this would be a challenge to our human population. It is also stated in the Bible that a man should please his wife and so shall the wife for her husband. But does it really mean that every time married couples please each other, a children should result afterwards? Or do couples have the privilege to choose how much children they want and please each other as many as the number of their children?

Maybe its time to be practical. The poor and the oppressed are the people that Jesus wants us to help, but overpopulation just made more people suffer, if we care for the poor, we should take action. Let us multiply, but there are limits to it!

PNP-SAF are just pawns

PNP saf
To the Filipino people, they are heroes who sacrificed their lives for the sake of peace and security in our country. But behind that heroism of our policemen it is a sad fact that they are just pawns in a game of chess. The players? We don't know.

It is the cry of some relatives of the policemen who died, "The government just fed them till they get fat and then feed them to the terrorists." If you are the relative or family of the one who died, you would think the same. Where is the so called peace talks? Maybe they're just peace talk bullsh*t.

The PNP-SAF just follows the command of those higher ranks, that's the way the system goes. How can they send people that easily just to get ambushed? Then I say that whoever commanded them didn't treat them as humans, but rather, pawns in a game of chess. May they rest in peace.

Oh My G is A false Propaganda

 Oh My G is bad

Oh My G in ABS-CBN Channel 2 just aired, it a Philippine TV series that focus on a life of a teenager whose family died in an accident.

Why the show is bad for the image of true faith?

Because they are obviously creating their own god, that takes a form of a handsome man just to talk to a girl who lost her family. With all the more suffering people encountered, what makes her special? The Real God is omnipresent, meaning He's everywhere. But in the TV series they say God will talk to you in a physical form, that's just blasphemous. How could such crap air on TV misinforming people?

What's more ridiculous is, in the show, God talks to the girl through Facebook. What is happening to the media today? Why are they giving people false propaganda? Is your God like the TV show? Or is your God the one described in the Bible? Does your God communicate with you through Facebook or through prayer? You decide which side are you on.

But the truth written on the Bible contradicts what is shown on the TV show, so that is what made me say that they are creating their own god.

Media has really gotten worst these days, there's no more truth on what we see on TV, it's like they are controlling the minds of people to their false broadcasting.

Telling the truth is different from hate, go figure.

Blame game of the Filipinos

Filipinos are known for their blaming and crab mentality trait. The issue of Mamasapano really took out the real trait of the Filipinos, to blame the government because of the mistakes made by the people.

This article is not written to make PNoy's name clean, but let's be realistic, we can't blame one man for the problems of our country. It is not the problem of the government why some people just sit and their own sidewalk drinking, smoking and doing drugs.

The President is the Commander-in-Chief of the AFP, he has the right to order, but the rest goes on to the handler and doer of the operations. Many Filipinos are not aware of the truth and just goes by the issue saying, "Impeach the president". If people know how things work, then they will only be disappointed, not blame the man entirely.

"Ask not what the country can do for you, but what you can do for your country." - John F. Kennedy

If Filipinos want change, impeachment of the president is not the answer. Remember, we are the one who put them in their seats, it is the people who has the power to change the country. The government exist because it commands the will of the people, not the other way around.
